Welcome to Diamond D Equine Therapy

At Diamond D, we believe that clear communication and mutual respect are key to every successful session—both for horses and humans. Below you’ll find all the important information about booking, payments, expectations, and how we operate. Please review this before your appointment.

Booking & Availability

Sessions are scheduled by text, call, or direct message.
Destiny travels to clients throughout Southern Alberta and beyond.
Travel fees apply to locations over 1 hour from our base.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Minimum 24 hours notice is required for cancellations or changes.
Less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a $40 cancellation fee.
No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled session.

Payment Information

Payment is due at the time of service.
Accepted methods: e-transfer or cash.
Invoices available upon request.

Rates & Travel Fees

Session rates: $100–$120, based on service type and time.
Group rates available for multiple horses at one location.
Travel costs will be quoted at booking for long distances.

What to Expect

Horses must be halter broke and comfortable being handled.
Please have your horse clean and dry before the session.
A quiet, distraction-free space is best.
Sessions are ground-based only—no riding involved.

Her services are hands-on, intuitive, and evidence-informed, aimed at promoting wellness and balance. These sessions are not veterinary care, and we always recommend consulting a veterinarian for injuries or illness.

Client Consent & Agreement

By booking a session with Diamond D Equine Therapy, you acknowledge and agree to:

Taking full responsibility for your horse's behavior during treatment
Ensuring a safe working environment

Destiny reserves the right to refuse or stop treatment if a horse appears unsafe or unfit for the session.
